Technical support
We provide technical support for period of at least one year since finalization of website for free to all of our web customers. For PROFI Web module the support is extended to period of two years.

If you are experiencing sudden outage of your website, please check your internet connection first. A temporary decrease of system responsiveness, but also total outage can be caused by issues on side of hosting server.
Training
All of our websites are implemented in intuitively and clearly, enabling their users to adapt and learn to understand all system functions quickly.
PROGRESSIVE Web administration system, which we use for our PROFI websites, is delivered with user manual documenting the optimal way of working with this system. Manual is currently available in Slovak language only, but we are working on Czech and English version. Other language versions can be prepared upon request.
If it's necessary, we can also provide training of users in person.
